Richore India to be Rs 50 cr company by 2007

BANGALORE-BASED bio-pharmaceutical company Richore India, which basically deals in industrial enzymes, is soon going to be a Rs 50-crore company. "There is immense scope of development in the enzyme market in India. Industrial enzymes can be applied in diverse industries like sugar, fertilizer, textiles, leather and many more and we will be a Rs 50 crore company by 2007 in view of the emerging opportunities in the use of microbial cul­tures, enzymes and active bio-systems," said Richore India's founder and CEO Subramani Ramchandappa. The company has developed several enzyme formulations which are being used in production of beer and animal food and it would soon enter stem cell research.
