This is a special enzyme preparation for degradation of cellulose and other viscosity forming polysaccharides and non starch carbohydrates.

Richpro CBZ

This is a proteolytic enzyme which breaks the peptide linkage of the protein and give a mellowing action.

Teanase

This is a pectinase formlation which has been specially developed for usage during tea manufacturing.
