 Mr. Subramani ‘Rich’ RamachandrappaChairman and Managing Director
A first generation entrepreneur, is the Chairman and managing director Richcore Lifesciences Private Limited, Bangalore. Mr Subramani is an engineer/MBA with over 8 years in the biotech industry and has spent most of his work life in new product development and technical services of industrial enzymes and specialty chemicals.
Mr Subramani has been nominated, honorary ambassador for the DST-Intel India Innovation Pioneer Challenge in partnership with Indo-US Science and Technology Forum. He is the elected Vice Chairman of ISB Alumni Association, an alumnus and erstwhile president of the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club, of the Indian school of business (ISB), Hyderabad and an associate member of E Cell IIT Mumbai. He is an engineer, B -Tech - Textile Technology from Govt SKSJTI Bangalore and done his schooling from Baldwin
Boy's High School Bangalore.

He is an alumnus of IIT Chennai and a MS & PhD from Purdue University.He is a recipient of the National Science Foundation, USA - Presidential Young Investigator Award 1988. His research work has been published in several international journals and his primary research interest are in Recombinant Mammalian Cell Cultures ;Metabolic Pathway Engineering and Tissue Engineering. He continues to teach and conduct his research work as Associate Professor in the Chemical & Biological Engineering Department University of Colorado Boulder, CO, USA. Teaching interests in bioprocess engineering, enzyme Kinetics, yeast fermentation, Recombinant bacterial growth and foreign protein production and perfusion cultures of CHO cells. With his vast experience, network technical expertise , Richcore has found an able member to lead its research initiatives.
 Gp Capt. RN SharmaDirector Operations
A retired Commanding Officer from the Indian Air Force (IAF) with enormous experience in Communication, supply chain and operations management. He brings maturity, operational strength and training expertise.
 Prof K RamachandranDirector Strategy and Planning
Professor K Ramachandran is the Associate Dean of Academic Programmes at the Indian School of Business. A professor of entrepreneurship and strategy and Head of the Wadhwani Centre for Entrepreneurial Development at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. His strong areas of knowledge include all aspects of entrepreneurship and strategic management with special focus on growth strategies, customer satisfaction, resources management, innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, new enterprise management, venture capital industry and family businesses.
